THE WFTDA EAST REGIONAL TOURNAMENT
This weekend was the WFTDA (Women’s Flat Track Derby Association) East Regional Tournament, to dertermine what 4 teams from the eastern conference would attend the National Tournament in Austin, TX at the end of September. Well we were there filming for the 2007/2008 MNRG DVD we’re shooting right now, and what a weekend it was. Sadly, our ladies lost out in the second round, but all the top ranked teams were eliminated early this year. It was the season of underdogs. The #7 team took the whole thing with their victory over the #9 team. So if that tells you anything…
